ANDROID: mm/memory.c: fix export symbol type

In commit d139b82ae2 ("ANDROID: mm/memory.c: export
mm_trace_rss_stat") a new symbol was exported, but it should have been
set as a _GPL symbol.

Fix this up by properly changing the export type.
