denver: dts/panel_BOE: the bits of 51 changed to 12bits

The OTP code of DVT1/EVT2 panel is mistake. DVT2 panel will be right.
For DVT2 panel, the bits of 51 is 12bits.
So we set 51h to 0x0C CC
