qcacmn: Add the entries "WLAN_SA_API_ID" & "WLAN_SPLITMAC_ID"

Browse source 
"string_from_dbgid" takes any value from 0 to WLAN_REF_ID_MAX(29) and
return a string corresponding to that index.
'strings' array has only 28 entries(0to27).
Add the remaining two missing entries
