qcacld-3.0: Correctly call csr_scan_flush_result()

Browse source 
Currently sme_scan_flush_result() passes a tHalHandle to
csr_scan_flush_result(), but a tpAniSirGlobal is expected,
so correct the call to pass the correct parameter.
