camera-kernel: miami: support IIC Addr Switch method

-For ov32c4c,must write reg 0x1001=0x4 to switch iic addr to 0x20
before any iic operation.
-add preInitSetting,it will be wroten into sensor before init.
-add IICAddrSwitch,it will be wroten into sensor before probe.
