qcacld-3.0: Add default roam scan triggers

Browse source 
When resetting roam trigger bitmap, it is missing triggers
such as QCA_ROAM_TRIGGER_REASON_IDLE,
QCA_ROAM_TRIGGER_REASON_DEAUTH etc.
