Subject: [PATCH] qcacld-3.0: Fix iw_get_policy_manager_ut_ops() checkpatch
 error

The kernel checkpatch script has identified code in function
iw_get_policy_manager_ut_ops() that is not compliant with the coding
style, so fix it.
