iommu: Default Enable DMA_CONFIGURE_ALIGNMENT

Browse source 
Enable DMA_CONFIGURE_ALIGNMENT by default for QGKI. Enablement as such
doesn't change the default alignment of DMA clients, clients needs to
explicitly enable it.
