dsp: adm: change channel number for FLUENCE_NN_COPP_TOPOLOGY

Browse source 
FLUENCE_NN_COPP_TOPOLOGY doesn't support stereo input.
Update channel number to mono for FLUENCE_NN_COPP_TOPOLOGY.
