ARM: dts: msm: Correct console uart gpio function name

Browse source 
To support UART console use case GPIO 25 & 26 should be muxed to function
select value of 2.

Use the correct string literal for function value 2.

Also, add status field to QUP wrapper and enable them from base qupv3
dtsi file.
