iommu: iommu-debug: select IOMMU_DEBUGFS for iommu tests

Browse source 
Select the IOMMU_DEBUGFS config option when IOMMU_DEBUG is enabled so
that the kernel iommu tests are created under /sys/kernel/debug/iommu.
