qcacld-3.0: Rename ENTER/EXIT macros (part 5)

Browse source 
In order to better align with the rest of the driver, rename the
following macros:
 * ENTER -> hdd_enter
 * ENTER_DEV -> hdd_enter_dev
 * EXIT -> hdd_exit

For part 5, remove the original macro definitions
