qcacld-3.0: Remove logging of CDS context in HDD

Browse source 
In hdd_softap_sta_deauth() and hdd_softap_sta_disassoc() there
currently exist debug logs which are logging the CDS context
pointer. These logs serve no useful purpose, so remove them.
