Cypfq:vibrator:adjust vib-dis-short-long-val to 70

Browse source 
sync with KP bianxh.
cypfq  vib 80ms with 3v will cause nosie.
so set vib-dis-short-long-val to 70ms.
if vib time>70ms ,set vib volt to 2.6v.
