ufs:fixed ufshcd wait doorbell clear timeout

Browse source 
when devfreq ufs, ufshcd wait doorbell clear timeout. some operations
maybe take time longer than 1s. such as unmap operation. so change
the timeout to 2s. error log as bellow:
