arm64: defconfig: Disable CONFIG_CFI_PERMISSIVE flag

Browse source 
Holi build looking for __cfi_sowpath_diag which is no
longer exported by the kernel. So, build was failing with
undefined symbol error. To fix it disabling CONFIG_CFI_PERMISSIVE.
