arm64: defconfig: Enable extcon USB GPIO driver on Lahaina

Browse source 
extcon USB gpio driver is used to start USB host/device mode
based on vbus/ID status for USB secondary port. Hence enable
extcon USB GPIO driver on Lahaina.
