ARM: dts: msm: Add earlycon parameter in DT for Lahaina and Shima

Browse source 
As Lahaina and Shima will be binary compatible and it seems there
qup addresses are different. So, better to update in bootargs in
device tree instead of doing it in boardconfig cmdline.
