arm64/config: enlarge kernel log buffer size.

CONFIG_LOG_BUF_SHIFT is default set as 17 =>128KB, however,
for sm4350, 128KB is not enough, after bringup, early bringup kermel
log is overwrite, we have to enlarge the valuse to 18=>256KB, to make
kernel bringup log complete.
