Subject: [PATCH] qcacld-3.0: revert "close all adapters before module stop"

This reverts I18ceba26bb6aab634da91a14cc6890a7b7bd836f. The issue
resolved by that change is addressed more appropriately by
Iaa1934594d5ffcf3b90dd2ad41bba4eb62f71119.
