arm/dts: config gpio8 power source to VDD_MSM_IO

Browse source 
The output voltage(3V8) of gpio8 power by VPH_PWR to control LED
is different from that of cypfq(1V8) power by VDD_MSM_IO.
So change power source to VDD_MSM_IO.
