qcacld-3.0: Fix channel width assignment to improper enum value

Browse source 
Fix the channel width of type 'enum hw_mode_bandwidth' getting
wrongly assigned to enum of type 'tSirWifiChannelWidth'. The
tag values of each of these enums are different.
