ARM: dts: msm: Use IPCC_MPROC_SIGNAL_TZ for ipc bridge

Browse source 
Use IPCC_MPROC_SIGNAL_TZ as the interrupt for ipc irq
bridge driver. This is the interrupt used by SPSS to
signal to APPS when it needs to communicate over ipc
bridge to TZ for Lahaina.
