ARM: dts: msm: Add disable L1 quirk in HS mode for sdxnightjar

Browse source 
Some platforms do not support L1 in HS mode and therefore need
to disable this feature through dt.
This change adds quirk snps,usb2_l1_disable in order to
avoid this.
