configs:milanf:delete CONFIG_AW882XX_PARAMS_FROM_BIN

AW skt5.3.1.1 put skt params in afe side.
can't deal cowork scene.
as KP liyif request.
return back to skt params in acdb method.
and use the latest skt v5.3.0 algo.

delete params from bin config for milanf.
