Subject: [PATCH] ARM: dts: msm: Update PSCI state ID for lahaina

The wakeup value will be programmed by the secure firmware. This is
noted as the new E3 state for the RSC component. Update the AOSS sleep
mode that passes new PSCI state ID for TZ.
