dts/display: cypfq: enable "qcom,platform-need-execute-shutdown"

When "qcom,tp_state_check_enable" is enabled. and "single tap" is enabled.
That we do not power down panel at panel_power_off() function.
So when shutdown phone, that will not power down panel with right timing.
