In lim, while sending WMA_CHNL_SWITCH_REQ, defer flag was set to wait for WMA_SWITCH_CHANNEL_RSP from firmware, incase if we don’t use WMA_CHNL_SWITCH_REQ in monitor mode, send WMA_SWITCH_CHANNEL_RSP from wma_set_channel itself to reset defer flag in lim.
