usb: phy: qmp: add missing hardware orientation debug function

Browse source 
commit 2a55b618e9 ("usb: phy: qmp: change orientation to
default portselect mode") lost one debug function which
added in commit dc47b6c05c ("usb: phy: qmp: debug value of
portselect pin"), add it back.
