gki: update qcom whitelist for leds_lm3697.ko

Browse source 
mfd_add_devices/mfd_remove_devices and  devm_pwm_get
are in GKI Whitelist and they have been used by leds_lm3697.ko.
so add it to qcom whitelist for user build.
