arm64/dt: config i2c_7 gpio function as qup11_f1

I2c_7 bus keep hung since Qcom's rebase change gpio 27/28
as qup11_f1 but do not change it on dts node at the same time.
change the i2c_7 pin function configuration to fixed it.
