ca98480525 FG: Modify SM5602 FG first update battery data time to 50ms 
start driver then update battery data was delayed 8s.
that is too late, it will cause UI can't get correct battery capacity.
so from 8s change to 50ms.

d8253a9ab8 charging: add ibat monitor work 
As bq25890H HW limit, some otg devices have high current pulse
when inserted. bq25890H trigger OTG OCP, so otg devices can't work.
So we config max boost current limit for bq25890H. For avoiding ibat
more than battery max discharging current, we add ibat monitor work.

Initial driver implementation considered main batt would always be
higher potential than secondary neck batt, either through balance R
or flex resistive paths. To be complete, be sure to take absolute
deltaV between the two batteries. This will ensure proper batt switch
control for either battery being higher potential.

1. If the interpolation mode is disabled, the report rate is the
default 240Hz(Hiphic) or 360Hz(Hiphi)
2. If the interpolation is enabled and the refresh
rate is 144Hz, the reporting rate is 576Hz(Hiphic) 720Hz(Hiphi)
3. At other refresh rate, if the interpolation mode is enabled, the
report rate is 480Hz(Hiphic) 720Hz(Hiphi).
