Add changes in serial driver to update uart errors. When BT host
driver observes a fault in BT transfers this ioctl needs to be
called. On this ioctl call uart driver will return uart error
to BT host if there are any.

During driver unload or idle shutdown, link down may also happen,
which sets the link down ind flag, however once shutdown process
is complete, host driver expects the platform driver to return
false for subsequent is_firmware_down check on the next wifi On.
So clear the link down ind flag at the end of shutdown.

This adds external GPIO wakeup support to sdhci-msm driver
for sdio cards.
Also enables clk gating only in system Suspend/Resume for SDIO card.

With support to move between LLCC TCM and DDR memory for USB RMNET
IN endpoint related data buffer, it is required to reset RMNET IN
endpoint related num_buf and buf_len while going from LLCC TCM memory
usage to DDR memory otherwise number of buffer and length remains same
as LLCC TCM based configuration.

Adb client on device expects a blocking read from mhi. While mhi
is in suspend, it is returning with an error value. This is
causing the adb client to spawn every 1ms causing error code to
flood the serial logs. If mhi is in suspend and adb client tries
to poll for data, remove the read request from the list to block
the read.

During suspend while trusted touch is active, remove wait
for trusted touch to complete and skip i2c transfer. This
avoids delay during suspend.

Currently the driver is not setting is_suspended flag for
GPS function which is leading to remote wakeup failure for
host. Also clear rwake_inprogress flag in gsi_resume before
bailing out early for GPS function so that driver can
successfully do remote-wakeup for the functions that support
this feature.

WLAN host driver requires this API to get SSR state, avoid doing
ramdump when SSR happen and quick restart WLAN subsys.
Add back subsys_get_restart_level() support and fix return -EIVAL
in cnss_put_hw_resources().
