REGN have 1 sec continous pulse when ADC is in Continuous Conversion mode.
REGN pulse will trigger PON when system shotdown ,
Stop the ADC could disable REGN signal and avoid reboot issue when system shutdown.

EVB HW does not monitor Vbatt_NB so decide battplus_en Low-Z path
switch control based on main batt only. When Vmain near centered
(mid) Voltage, and low current draw, <500mA, assert battplus_en.

Kernel should not allow two drivers to assign same irq resource,
or else it will cause unknown irq storm issue.
For goodix touch driver, the i2c device driver will always match
device tree node and request irq resource even goodix touch doesn't
exist at all. When the kernel always loads another touch driver,
such as stmicro fts driver, they will compete the irq responsing and
cause lots of cpu hang issue.
Dynamically check the goodix sensor device status according dts config
to avoid the uncessary register driver.

GKI2.0 doens't allow to export kernel_read and kernel_write api,
so use regular bio intefaces to read and write utag block device.
Ugprade products which kernel is 5.4, can use the BIO to replaced
kernel_read/kernel_write block device interface with kernel config
CONFIG_MMI_UTAG_RW_BIO.
