Use *_irqsave() and *_irqrestore() API's for minidump locks.
Since with minidump current task stack feature, minidump
locks can be acquired from interrupt context also.

In error scenarios, this state machine helps driver to rollback to
previous state.

Avoid sending EXIT_POWER_SAVE QMI message to FW from
kernel pm_resume callback. Send EXIT_POWER_SAVE QMI
from new exported API which will be called from Host
driver at the time of HOST_WAKEUP_FROM_SLEEP.
When FW receive EXIT_POWER_SAVE QMI, it will implicitly
consider that it also received HOST_WAKEUP_FROM_SLEEP
and send ACK for it through CE2.

Don't allow IOCTL_KGSL_MAP_USER_MEM to import user memory that was
already allocated and mapped by KGSL in the first place. Remapping
memory never makes sense and it messes up reference counting in the
pools.

moving it to the status_change work and using a local variable
to hold the type.
