Do a final check for firmware assert before powering off device
in calibration mode. Collect RAM dump if firmware has asserted
for debug purpose. Also skip dump collection if device is already
powered off.

In error scenarios, this state machine helps driver to rollback to
previous state.

Avoid sending EXIT_POWER_SAVE QMI message to FW from
kernel pm_resume callback. Send EXIT_POWER_SAVE QMI
from new exported API which will be called from Host
driver at the time of HOST_WAKEUP_FROM_SLEEP.
When FW receive EXIT_POWER_SAVE QMI, it will implicitly
consider that it also received HOST_WAKEUP_FROM_SLEEP
and send ACK for it through CE2.

already allocated and mapped by KGSL in the first place. Remapping
memory never makes sense and it messes up reference counting in the

Bug: 146449535
Currently GSI endpoint usb_request pointer is allocated only once
during boot time and it used by dwc3 driver for mapping doorbell register
address with USB endpoint request only once. During composition switch
or connect/disconnect scenarios same USB endpoint is being re-enabled and
does not create mapping again.
On some platforms multiple UDC cores can work in device mode. In case
of binding the UDC with primary controller first and then disconnect the
primary and bind UDC to secondary controller. Driver does not re-mapping
the doorbell address with current UDC core and USB GSI wrapper is trying
to access previously mapped GSI DBL address with previous core
resulting into smmu fault.
Fix this issue by adding re-mapping of doorbell using dwc->sysdev node
to map the doorbell register with correct UDC.
