When memory block is logically offlined, it is still part of System RAM but
is inactive, and can be made active or Onlined anytime.
Take totalram snapshot to include offlined memory in Memtotal.
This method avoids taking device_hotplug lock to meminfo.

With QCOM quirks, the invalidations are agrregated to reduce map/unmap
time. In absenence of CONFIG_QCOM_IOMMU_TLBI_QUIRKS enabled, the map/unmap
latency impact time critical usecases. Hence defer TLB invalidation when
CONFIG_QCOM_IOMMU_TLBI_QUIRKS is not enabled.

In ssr handling of remote subsystem down, all rpmsg devices are removed
for that edge. If at the same time ssr down is received for other remote
subsystem, it may try to notify already down remote and end up using
invalid rpmsg device which causes use after free.
Store device state in ssr context and update this with holding a lock.
SSR notification function should also use the same lock and perform
check for validity of rpmsg device.

During ssr rpmsg ssr device will unregister, which can result
in use of stale device pointer in ssr callback function.
Now incrementing refcount inside ssr callback function to
prevent release of rpmsg device.

compound literals to separate sections with -fdata-sections, which
it always enables with LTO. Merge these sections to allow LLVM to be

array does not get allocated. DWC3_CONTROLLER_NOTIFY_CLEAR_DB

when the gadget's configuration indicates it is self-powered. Thus
allow 0 to be passed directly to usb_gadget_vbus_draw() instead of
defaulting to CONFIG_USB_GADGET_VBUS_DRAW which is non-zero.

To properly ensure that the vdd regulator is put in the correct
operating mode, it needs to have a call to regulator_set_load()
prior to being enabled. This is crucial for platforms where the
HS PHY is the only consumer of the regulator as it could be
inadvertently left in LPM mode and cause the PHY to not function
properly.

When stop command comes during FIFO refill, it would free custom_effect
FIFO sample memory and set the pointer to NULL, and this would cause
the NULL pointer dereference during FIFO refill. To fix this, add a
mutex lock between FIFO stop and FIFO refill sequence to avoid a race.
