Currently, we use check_hlist() for garbage colleciton. However, we
use the ‘zone’ from the counted entry to query the existence of
existing entries in the hlist. This could be wrong when they are in
different zones, and this patch fixes this issue.

If net namespace is exiting while nf_tables module is being removed

Avoid this by attempting to take reference on the net namespace from
the notifiers. If it fails the namespace is exiting already, and nft
core is taking care of cleanup work.
We also need to make sure the netdev hook type gets removed
before netns ops removal, else notifier might be invoked with device

pernet ops was removed beforehand).

We must first remove the nfnetlink protocol handler when nf_tables module
is unloaded -- we don't want userspace to submit new change requests once
we've started to tear down nft state.
Furthermore, nfnetlink must not call any subsystem function after
call_batch returned -EAGAIN.
EAGAIN means the subsys mutex was dropped, so its unlikely but possible that
nf_tables subsystem was removed due to 'rmmod nf_tables' on another cpu.
Therefore, we must abort batch completely and not move on to next part of
the batch.
Last, we can't invoke ->abort unless we've checked that the subsystem is
still registered.
Change netns exit path of nf_tables to make sure any incompleted
transaction gets removed on exit.

Currently all page directories are bound at creation using an
unevictable node in the GGTT. This severely limits us as we cannot
remove any inactive ppgtt for new contexts, or under aperture pressure.
To fix this we need to make the page directory into a first class and
unbindable vma. Hence, the creation of a custom vma to wrap the page
directory as opposed to a GEM object.
In this patch, we leave the page directories pinned upon creation.

The lockdep_assert_irqs_disabled() was a BUG_ON() statement in the
beginning and it was added just before the "spin_lock(siglock)"
statement to ensure this lock was taken with disabled interrupts.
This is no longer the case: the siglock is acquired via
lock_task_sighand() and this function already disables the interrupts.
The lock is also acquired before this "lockdep_assert_irqs_disabled" so
it is best to remove it.

The functions that were used in the emulation of fxrstor, fxsave, sgdt and
sidt were originally meant for task switching, and as such they did not
check privilege levels. This is very bad when the same functions are used
in the emulation of unprivileged instructions. This is CVE-2018-10853.
The obvious fix is to add a new argument to ops->read_std and ops->write_std,
which decides whether the access is a "system" access or should use the
processor's CPL.

Int the next patch the emulator's .read_std and .write_std callbacks will
grow another argument, which is not needed in kvm_read_guest_virt and
kvm_write_guest_virt_system's callers. Since we have to make separate
functions, let's give the currently existing names a nicer interface, too.

as to have a smaller patch when the functions grow another argument.

Currently, when IO to DS fails, client returns the layout and
retries against the MDS. However, then on umounting (inode eviction)
it returns the layout again.
This is because pnfs_return_layout() was changed in
commit d78471d32b ("pnfs/blocklayout: set PNFS_LAYOUTRETURN_ON_ERROR")
to always set NFS_LAYOUT_RETURN_REQUESTED so even if we returned
the layout, it will be returned again. Instead, let's also check
if we have already marked the layout invalid.

The legacy gen6 ppgtt needs a little more hand holding than gen8+, and
so requires a larger structure. As I intend to make this slightly more
complicated in the future, separate the gen6 from the core gen8 hw
struct by subclassing. This patch moves the gen6 only features out to
gen6_hw_ppgtt and pipes the new type everywhere that needs it.

The commit 33193dca67 ("ALSA: usb-audio: Add a quirk for Nura's
first gen headset") added a quirk for Nura headset with USB ID
0a12:1243, with a hope that it doesn't conflict with others.
Unfortunately, other devices (e.g. Philips Wecall) with the very same
ID got broken by this change, spewing an error like:
usb 2-1.8.2: 2:1: cannot set freq 48000 to ep 0x3
Until we find a proper solution, fix the regression at first by
disabling the added quirk entry.

When we update the gen6 ppgtt page directories, we do so by writing the
new address into a reserved slot in the GGTT. It appears that when the
GPU reads that entry from the gsm, it uses its small cache and that we
need to invalidate that cache after writing. We don't see an issue
currently as we prefill the ppgtt page directories on creation; and only
create the single aliasing_ppgtt long before we start using the GGTT
(and so before the cache may have a conflicting entry).

struct vhost_msg within struct vhost_msg_node is copied to userspace.
Unfortunately it turns out on 64 bit systems vhost_msg has padding after
type which gcc doesn't initialize, leaking 4 uninitialized bytes to
userspace.
This padding also unfortunately means 32 bit users of this interface are
broken on a 64 bit kernel which will need to be fixed separately.
