At power-up the USB should be suspended for 50 ms to clear any issues that might have occurred during boot. This will be handled in the probe when NOT in factory mode. Stability racks are reporting discharged batteries and the cause appears to be ICL is at minimum before probe occurs. This should allow for a clean start on each boot.
