Missing video unregister was causing list delete corruption. Also, there were double free errors in Sync and CRM driver. Fix v4l2 issues by adding the missing unregister calls and changing release callback to empty, because we are freeing it during cleanup. Improve logging during bind/unbind to better reflect what is happening.
