houdz1 0c89b9e3de msm/dsi: set brightness at maximum if enabling LCD HBM 
For LCD panel, set brightness at maximum while entering HBM and keep it
same afterwards whatever user space brightness. Previous user space
brightness is restored while exiting HBM. This change ensures LCD and
OLED HBM behavior consistent.
