Both CA and decoders are optional. Also, the presence or absence has nothing to do on being a PCI card or not. Nowadays, most hardware leaves the decoders to either the GPU or to some ISP inside the SoC, instead of implementing it inside the Digital TV part of the device. Linux kernel ============ This file was moved to Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst Please notice that there are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``.
