The A5 references sprinkled throughout the hw manager will no longer make sesne within the context of two possible processors. We will instead prefer the more generic "icp" term to reference the processor in use e.g. icp_dev instead of a5_dev. Note that some references to A5 remain and will be cleaned up when LX7 is introduced.
