Scroll gestures will be reported as REL_WHEEL for vertical and REL_HWHEEL for horizonatal. Motion from left to right for horizontal and motion from top to bottom for vertical scroll gestures reported as positive value while motion in opposite direction will be negative. Scroll distance is measured in tix - artificial units representing distance traveled by finger between 2 consequitive ineterrupts. Slow scroll gesture generates only few events while fast gesture will mimic gradual slow down with a bunch of small steps.
