LUR: Revert "UPSTREAM: mm: multi-gen LRU: admin guide" ...
The LRU function is not compatible with GKI,
causing GKI to fail to start, so revert.
This reverts commit cafd97d5b6d857ea0631ea3b4afc12fd995dbde7.
