register the following ipa clients to ipa_framework:
ipa_wdi3
ipa_gsb
ipa_uc_offload
ipa_mhi
ipa_wigig
this comes as an addition to ipa_usb support.

Add all remaining IPA core driver API functions.
remove internal functions.
remove deprecated code from mhi_client and ipa_rm.
