-1, tx_mode_reg address is 0x69,
the value of enable is 3, and disable is 0
-2, add TX_RM_POWER_TOGGLE setting in tx_mode
the tx mode will shut itself down whenever OVP or OCP excetion occrs
-3, change SYS_CMD_REG to 0x4e
