PDT scan assigns bl_version based on version of F34. Thus BL_V7 is assigned whenever BL version is 7 or 8. However, if we run erase_all and then attempt reflashing firmware from the image that belongs to BL version 8, reflash will fail. Thus we query F34 after calling erase_all.
