Ryan Lattrel 4a1adcaafa p938x_charger: add notify calls for hal ... Add sysfs_notify calls to tx_mode changed so that the hal can poll on the file and push updates to fw. Add sysfs notify call to rx_connect so the hal can know when a client has connected via power share Add sysfs notify call to error count so the fw can notify users if there is an aligment issue. Also add some code to read the system mode buffer instead of blindly overwriting it and due to a bug in the firmware, tx mode will turn off randomly. The user would not be aware this happened. Check every 2 seconds if this happened and re-enable automatically.
