haojl2 4bd01a0a20 goodix_fod_mmi: Add device enable notifier chain 
Add fingerprint notifier chain in kernel module.
When fingerprint sensor is in working mode, HAL will set dev enable
status, and driver will broadcast this info to FPS notifier chain.
